"The flowers we ordered for my mom’s birthday were beautiful and full. These are some of the best we have ever sent her, and we will definitely be ordering again. The arrangement was bright and looked just like the picture on the website. We love them."
"Had issues but they made it right. So I thought they were going to make it right it's now been over 2 months they said they were going to send me a refund in the mail that was a big lie. I ordered flowers for my sister for her birthday which just so happened to be around Valentine's Day they never informed me that they didn't have helium was basically going to send her a flower arrangement without the balloons that I had ordered wasn't going to contact me about it or anything basically going to screw me over yeah I wouldn't say they are a good business to deal with."
"My husband passed away in July. Flowers ordered from there never showed up. My brother had to go personally to pick them up when they hadn't got to funeral home. Several commented that their flowers were not there. I will not excuse them as it happened 6 months earlier when my son- in- law passed away. I will not recommend them any longer to anyone and encourage followers to remember this. For years with Pam we had beautiful flowers and prompt service. So what ever has happened, they DO NOT have the same reputation."
"I wouldn't even give them the 1 star. I ordered online for Saturday delivery because I knew Sunday for Mothers Day would be a crazy. I called my Mom Saturday at 5:45 to see if she liked her flowers. She said she didn't get flowers or she would of called me. When I called Great Scot the lady said she cancelled orders cause she was to overwhelmed but she didn't email me or call and they didn't refund my money either. So she said she would have them there today. It's 1pm and when I called she hadn't even made the flowers yet for my Mom.You would think that if you missed the delivery date you would of had them on the porch the next day at 8am. I am upset. This company garentees their work and delivery and if the flowers would of been there this morning I would of let it go and been satisfied but here a day late and 1pm and flowers aren't even made. I am piss"
