"My 2 best friends got our permanent bracelets here! At first we were so excited because of the meaning behind the bracelets - also coming from Peter Franklin’s being real gold and all nice. The price was definitely on the more expensive side, however the in person service and jewelry we got was beautiful. FAST FORWARD 2/3 weeks after we get the bracelets 2 out of the 3 of us had our bracelets fall off. Specifically mine I put on my NON DOMINATE hand like they suggest - my bracelet literally fell off while I was sleeping. I’m pretty disappointed as the price was PRICEY. I know they will put it back on at no cost (as they should) HOWEVER I thought it would be more durable… ESPECIALLY for falling off while IM ASLEEP IN BED. LOL my opinion go somewhere that’s maybe gold plated but wayyyy cheaper. You honestly might get better results!!!!"

For my ring I had some ideas and explained those to Alexa and she was able to show me several rings that were exactly what I had envisioned. She showed my husband wedding bands and he found one he really liked.
