"They really care about you here, and they try their best to fix your bike without charging an arm and a leg... They also have a lot of cool gadgetts like bike lights, mirrors, and even helmets! I've been riding my bike now for 10 YEARS and they have helped me stay on the road, especially seeing as my bike is an older 'Murray' mountain bike, which I havent seen any others on the road! Im trying to go back to them soon, to tweak my bike!"
"I was not satisfied at all with the work done on my bike. The owner who works there is very rude and has poor customer service. He wouldn’t answer basic question to inform on my bike He worked on my rear rim knowing the it was gonna break again, instead of informing me on get a new rim for my bike. I just feel cheated. I wouldn’t go back again. I think I could’ve done a better job at home. They didn’t even put the kickstand on correct and that may have been the easiest thing that they could’ve fix. They also left the old brake pads on the rear tire. I really feel he did this all on Purpose because I called a day early then the expected date that they gave me seeing when the bike would be done. Ever sincea that he has just had a bad attitude since then."
"Everyone here is so nice and helpful! I went in for help with swapping out my handlebars to make for a more comfortable fit and ride and they went above and beyond! Not only did they take the time to figure out and explain what type would be the best fit for me, they took the extra care to offer to customize the cable housing with some really great color options. Thanks to Joy Machines my bike both looks and feels amazing :-) I'll definitely be coming back!"

Alex, the owner, will always take the time to answer your questions, and will not pressure you into buying a bike, or accessory that isn't exactly what you need. I believe they charge a very fair price for parts and labor that goes along with any repairs. They've built one bike for me, and it is one of my favorite things in the world.
