"I have been to several archery shops, and Broken Rack is by far the best. Living in Indiana, I travel around 1.5 hour and pass several other archery shops to get to Broken Rack. The quality of service and customer experience is phenomenal. I travel the extra distance for the service I get, and I only trust Broken Rack to work on my equipment. Since they are Ohio’s top Mathew’s dealer, they had the Mathew’s Phase 4 in the color I wanted while other local archery shops haven’t received their first 2023 Mathews shipment. The set up and their “pro tune” on my new bow is awesome! The bow can shoot way better than I ever can. They took care of my equipment and made sure I was happy with everything before walking out the door. Broken Rack also carries all of the best accessories and brands. The shop doesn’t sell any products they wouldn’t use or stand behind. I have used Broken Rack to do some repairs and warranty work on my equipment as well.
