"Hopefully mine was an unusual experience but it's enough that I will never recommend this business. I received a discount code for free shipping which I applied to my first order through the website. It was disregarded. It's only 5.95 business they sent me this offer I emailed them asking why. Then I waited a eek. And emailed again. This time I got a reply that started a back and forth conversation over several days stating at first that there was no offer, then that there was but I needed to prove it. I didn't keep the text. I never imagined I'd have to defend myself to qualify for the offer they sent. Finally an offer was made for a "good will refund" on a future order. I don't want your good will Sportys. I want you to honor your word. And there won't be any future orders. I'll "spend" my new flying career with a company that can keep their orders straight."
