"Worst customer Service ever. I called for my dad card because we didn’t get them in mail but she was super rude. I ask her for name but she hang up on me. Looking at all this comments about that Hispanic and Indian looking woman, I know she is the who talk to me rudely when I went there with my mom. Someone need to fire her. It’s sad to see still all the Nepali communities who are dealing with this issue have this bank. I recommend people to go different bank."

"I don't even know where to begin, this is THE WORST US Bank branch I have ever been to in the 10 plus years I have been banking with them. If I could give them a zero star rating I would. The entire staff is extremely rude and will turn you away over the slightest things. No body here seems to care about helping customers, at least not without an attitude. The entire staff needs to be replaced and I will be submitting a formal complaint with US Bank about this branch. Whoever the owner is please don't bother responding to this review because I DON'T CARE. I wish the ABSOLUTE WORST on everyone that works here."

You respond like you care about the customer that goes there, yet the Tiffney still has the same attitude and behavior over the years. You guys are doing absolutely nothing to change this. Never going to the place again."

"My cousin and I went to do the auto refinance, but the lady who looks like an Indian (I think she is a manager) was very rude. Very less appreciation toward customers. She could have done better. I don’t know if she was having a bad day, but she definitely need to work on how she behave. This is 3-4 times I’ve encountered her this behavior. Very surprising at the beginning but not at all after 2-3 times. Other workers are pretty good!"
