"Horrible horrible experience with Fifth Third bank!!! They’ve been accepting my moms payments for mortgage but someone has lost them and now telling us our account is delinquent and threatening to take our house. We have sent in proof of payment a million times with no resolution. The branch keeps telling us to call a 1-800 number to have this fixed but after calling for an entire month we continue to be transferred to various departments that have been zero help. I guess to have this resolved we need to hire an attorney. So terrible"

She also was very helpful she deserves a raise . I can't scream at how helpful she was to me fifth third don't let her go. In today's world it's hard to find ppl like nicole"

"I rarely go inside the bank This 5th Third bank is neat and clean. The few times I've been inside, the employees were customer-friendly. I usually use the ATM so I don't go inside very often. Why? I hate going inside. Like many banks they have the security lock entrance. They scan you when you walk in and, like a trained show animal, you must wait for the green light before you can go all the way in. If you're a woman, you have to put your purse on the shelf and wait until they scan it. I always wonder, is the risk of criminal activity that great or is their security just a bit of an overkill?"

"Worst bank experience-I refuse to bank there but had to go with a friend. They gave $8000 in 20 dollar bills to a single mother with younger kids because the manager stated "they didn't have anything smaller". Placed the bills in boxes marked for large amounts of cash. The person was then told they could double count the money "in the back". Unbelievable. Other occurrences with this bank branch giving other bankers account paper work with their account numbers on them. Unprofessional, not secure with bank account numbers and safety issues with handing over large bills in marked boxes. I will never bank with them."
