"Expected More Purchase a few bands and the green one snapped while using. I am outside the warrenty but expected them to last a little longer with medium use. Imagine they are used in a gym environment with heavy use. I had higher expectations of the Rouge brand."

"Rogue offers decent products; however, they have the worst customer service. We ordered over 7K worth of merchandise. Per their FAQ ("most orders ship within 5 - 7 business days"), I reached out on the 7th business day. The woman argued with me trying to tell me it was the 5th business day even after showing her my math. She refused to explain her math to me around 5 business days. She was so rude and condescending I asked to speak to a manager. Her manager then reached out to tell me that it was the 7th business day (confirming what I already said) without apologizing for Emily's actions. He, too, was condescending and said my order was going to be shipped that day and in fact, it was being shipped early according to my order confirmation. Nowhere in your FAQs does it say to reference your order confirmation for an accurate shipping timeframe. I don't appreciate being treated like a moron because I read your FAQs and that information differed from the confirmation email. Take some accountability for your staff and the condescending way you treat customers. Maybe try to figure out where the issue is coming from (lack of anything in your FAQs telling you to reference the order confirmation for a different timeline than what's posted in your FAQs). Some of our stuff had made in China on it, so it may be time to fix the perception that you’re made in the USA. You’re warehouse team ghetto-rigged multiple pallets together. It broke while the freight driver was trying to get it off because it was so poorly done. It was also totally unnecessary as nothing on there was long enough to merit attaching multiple pallets together. The poor driver ended up helping us unload the boxes off the truck. Clearly no one at the rogue team is actually thinking about the customer and their experience. I've spent over $12K with your company since 2017 and had another $5K+ order mapped out for next year. I’ll be purchasing the rest of our stuff from Rep Fitness. It must be nice to have so much business you don't actually care about the retention of your existing customers."

"Honestly I am still shocked with recent experience I had with Rogue about Oso bar, barbell came damage! Reach out customer service with photos I was told response time is 24-48 hours, and when I called number someone said, will resolve it same day and finally I got response 4 days later. Now they have replacement parts or options only is refund and birthday gift turn into 1 week wait and now return. Definitely poor customers service I was not expecting this at all."

"I ordered some gym equipment from Rogues Website for store pickup. I only live about a hour & half from Rogue HQ so it made sense to make the drive vs paying the enormous amount of money in shipping costs. The place was pretty cool inside & i was able to walk into the gym equipment showroom area. Only giving a 4 star review because I did have to wait awhile for the warehouse to get my order together."
