"Extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from Brittany at this Menards store on 2-19. I was purchasing Nexstar, flea, and tick products, which were on sale, and it had a coupon sticker for $10 off on each one , one coupon per purchase. .( I was buying 5 boxes as we have 5 dogs) However, Brittany refused to let me use the coupons, citing that it was one per purchase. I explained that one per purchase was what we were doing, meaning one coupon per item, but she was rude and uncooperative. Despite the cashier having no issue ringing up four items with coupons, Brittany refused to override the 5th item. This entire experience was not only frustrating but also completely unacceptable. We are regular customers at Menards and spend a significant amount of money at the store. However, after this experience, I am seriously considering taking my business to Lowes or Home Depot."
"They promise 11% cash back but it’s a lie. I saved up 2 years worth of receipts and mailed it in as required. 2 yrs later? Still waiting"

"Went into this very LARGE store. They have only 2 handicap scooters, or so they said. 1 would not work. I did not see the second one anywhere. My friend was unable to shop. I went in looking for a couple things in particular. She and I wanted to browse. I bought 2 things and left. I don't plan on going back anytime soon."
"Menards has a wide selection of items for the house: electrical items (lighting, switches, outlets, extension cords, wires, fans), plumbing items (faucets, toilets, showers, pipes, valves), appliances (stoves, refrigerators, slow cookers, irons, blenders), stain/paint (brushes, paint pans, tape, ladders), doors, patio items, food, beverages, plants and pet food. Prices are reasonable. I took one star away because of the 11% rebate off of everything. Obviously, there are people that do not want to be bothered with this so Menard's makes more profit. For me, I'll take the time to send the rebate in but i'm irritated by it. I'd prefer prices to be marked down by 5% than to go through this advertising gimmick."
