"Idk if this is the bank manager (Jennifer) training a new teller but she is rude af and it wasn’t to me it was to a fellow employee, in front of customers. Basically belittled him. Like super rude and after waiting 20 mins in line to make a simple deposit she finally addressed us letting us know they only have one working teller at the moment."
"I opened an account about 2-3 months ago and I’ve been waiting for my debit card to arrive ever since. When I called in, they tried to blame it on the postal office but I’ve literally never had this issue with any other company. They then expedited a card that also never arrived. Now they won’t answer the phone when I try to call in. Starting to think I should take all my money out and go to a different bank!"
