"If I could give them 0 starts I would. First off walked in - out if the six employees - one is actually helping the only other customer besides myself. I stood waiting for about 4 min until one lady mosied over - finished eating her fruit snacks and then called me up. Her first words to me were we can't cash that- is already signed, she stated walking away before i could even explain the situation. I showed them emails and let them listen to a recording stating the check is not on hold and could be cashed(ingo)- it of course fell on def ears as they went back to talking amongst themselves. Pathetic customer service to say the least."
"The whole building needs to be shut down. The employees have smart mouths with no customer service skills like there not the ones taking all day. And they take over 10 minutes per Transaction from money orders to cashing checks to paying your bills for you. The air conditioning doesn't work and it's 98 degrees outside so not only are you waiting for over 40 minutes but your sweating and about to pass out. There was 6 employees behind the counter laughing craking jokes and chilling while over 20 people in line and only one person working to move the line. The whole staff needs to be fired. And the bad part is it's always like this."
