"They are Joke. They are fraudsters. They are scammers. They are approving AAA credit card. Sending it through our mail after collecting our Confidential details like SSN Card copy, DL Copy and utility bills and saying the credit card is denied. Such a dishonest company. Such a disgrace... Most of all they are not letting us know our status. Only if the card is denied in any store , we will come to know about this buggers...."

"I would give it zeros, but I can't. So much illegal activity. Not to mention, which idiot thought it would be a good idea to change BILLING systems during the busiest season. There needs to be a lawsuit. I've worked in finance, credit card services, ach, etc. This is illegal. I had to talk to 6 people within 2 days & teach them how to do their job & the plethora of issues that are illegal & still pay them. Do not use Ulta Beauty credit cards."

"I had a Dell account where I paid for my Microsoft office. It was paid from my debit card. I changed debit cards I fell delinquent and I didn’t realize it. After 30 days I kept these weird calls from an unlisted number. It was a foreign sounding person, and they wanted to discuss my Dell account. However, they wanted my full Social Security number to discuss further. They fell 60 days behind, I think I owed them like 96 bucks. They charged me $65.03 in late fees. I finally figured out the problem. I called them explained to them I’ve been getting strange phone calls from unlisted numbers asking for my social security number. I apologized. They apologized. They refunded the late fees. I paid my bill. No harm. No foul. In December I noticed that my credit score had fallen from 842 to 750. They had reported the delinquent payments to all credit bureaus. I wrote a Better Business Bureau complaint, and I received a trite letter saying that there was no way they would remove those credit remarks. What’s my lesson? I guess my lesson is when dealing with this Bank if you miss a payment, you will receive a negative credit remark to all three bureaus. Even if they tried to obtain your Social Security number surreptitiously. Myself I will never do business with Dell, dell financial services or this bank ever again. I can only imagine what a horrible place this must be to work at. So buyers, future employees beware."

"I had to get DentalFirst Financing for oral surgery, which is done through Comenity Bank. Got my letter in the mail with my account number, went online to register, and the website did not work. It kept giving me an error message to try again later. I waited several days. No exaggeration -- I waited either 3, 4, or 5 days before trying again. Same message. So I called the number in the letter. Chose "Registering Online" from the menu options... and both reps I got in India said they can't help me because there is nothing they can do regarding registering customers online! This company is a joke! I had no choice but to use them, that's the financing my dentist's office gave me as an option, and they've rigged things so I won't be able to pay my bill and will generate late fees. They should be shut down. When you claim there is no way to register new customers when the website is down, something is fishy."

"Nothing but scammers. While I don't have an account with them and don't want one with them either, their constant 'inquires and denials' have caused my credit score to plummet. Trust me, I contacted the :BBB, FDIC, Consumer Affairs, TrustPilot/ and many others over this little scam that Comenity Bank has got going. Eventually, I was forced to not only freeze my credit history but was forced to place a fraud alert because of them. I later found out that they were going acquiring my personal information (Including name, address and phone number) through the White Pages without even bothering to check the person's credit history for legitimacy) with the sole purpose of reeling in suckers who don't know how they truly operate."
