"UPS is the WORST delivery service. Drivers Constantly mark my packages as 'unable to deliver' but they Never buzzed my apartment & they Never came to my building at all. My window is facing the drop off area and they were NEVER here, but the driver Lied & said I wasn't home. My packages get delayed way too much. I HATE UPS!!!"

"Great service at hub when picking up packages. Horrible driver! One of them continuously leaves my packages on my porch railing for any package sniper to see/snatch. I've even caught him parked in my driveway for 15 mins eating his lunch. Constantly leaves packages at my side door even when pouring rain, when I specifically ask to have my packages delivered to my covered front porch."
"UPS often fails me over and over. My Time sensitive package got delayed several times to the point it missed the date I needed it by. Then when the package finally did go out for delivery. The Driver failed to locate my Address that was correctly entered, and didn't bother to send an alert till AFTER hours delaying my package once again. Number Provided doesn't connect you with the location, Sends you off to some Call center somewhere. Caller center reps where unable to do anything but confirm my address and confirm the delays, completely unhelpful."
