"I had two returns that needed to be shipped back via FedEx. This was the closest location to my home, which was convenient. I had one label which I printed at home. The other item required the Walgreens staff to scan a QR code from my phone to print the label on their machine. It was fast and easy. There was already an associate at the photo counter where the FedEx OnSite is located ready to assist me."

"I am so tired of having to find my packages at other houses and delivering others' packages to their porches! I get my house has no address but its literally the ONLY one that does not. Its not that difficult to figure out! Today I get an email saying my package is delivered, left on left side of door. Found it on neighbors porch.. right side near steps. Are your delivery people 5?? Can't tell left from right, door from steps. Unless I'm going to start getting their pay, I'm going to start dumping packages back to ya'll to deliver properly!"
