"During a stopover in Westlake, OH on the way to wedding in Michigan one of my sons unfortunately left his luggage at the hotel and didn't realize it until we reached our destination. I was looking at a 10+ hour round trip to get it by car. The other option was UPS, but the hotel couldn't get it there. We called Sam and he was more than happy to help. He coordinated with the hotel and UPS and made sure the bag got there in time to ship that day and provided status updates throughout the delivery. It wasn't us, but it was precious cargo, and we got the clothes in time for the wedding. Thanks for going above and beyond to help us Sam!"

"Didn’t show up. Scheduled my ride to the airport several days in advance being it was an early morning ride. The guy wrote my address wrong 3 times before reading it back right. And phone 2 times. I was already apprehensive. Morning of, no one showed at 3am. I called the number that is hard to find on their website. No one answered the 5 times k called. Thankfully there was an Uber out at this time. If you want reliability, don’t use this company."

"I never understood how people who have used a business for years and have been satisfied with that business, can leave a negative review after one negative experience?! do you stop shopping at your favorite grocery store because of one bad bag of bread? My husband and I have used Sam’s taxi for quite some time now and let me tell you the service is impeccable! I never once had an issue. My experiences have always been positive. I prefer Sam’s taxi over other car services because the services are reliable and dependable. I’ve had an experience where my flight has been delayed by hours, and yet Sam’s service still came through. I highly recommend it, and definitely rate a 10/10. Thanks sam!"
