"You have a job that entails 3 steps. Open mailbox, insert mail, close mailbox. Why is it so difficult for you to complete step 3??? 2 years of open mailbox featuring wet, unreadable mail. You guys suck."

"As far as inside the post office the workers are top notch. Mail carriers are something else for them it’s hit or miss. We seldom get a hit and it’s usually miss. Never delivering in the right mail box or other issue. We used to have a woman who if she could hear our dogs barking from inside the house with the doors closed she would not deliver our mail. She started to carry rubber bands with her and would throw our mail by the porch. Even though our doors were closed and we have a tall fence in the backyard. No possible way they’d get out. This went on for far too long. Then there’s the “sorry we missed you” there’s someone at our home all the time. I work from home. No doorbell is rang or even a knock on the door. So then we have to make special trips to the post office because the letter carrier isn’t doing their job correctly."

"Left my mail in a spot to get wet some with my packages. I can’t read my mail at all because it got soaked and my package had non water safe things inside so now I have to throw it away. The mail was for my union hall. I can’t read any of it. My mail wasn’t even put in the mail box it was left on the very edge of my patio getting soaked with my packages"

"Post office did not properly sign and fill in there portion of acceptance for passport. They denied out application and we had to go back and resubmit and pat another 25 to the post office they got it wrong in the first place. They don't do passports on Saturday very unaccomidating."

"I would definitely give the employees of this location of the USPS a 5/5 all day long! However, they frequently seemed under staffed during the busy times of day and you can expect long lines. It's very frustrating. I would love to see them add an express lane during these times for people who have very simple transactions - such as dropping off a prepaid box, etc. Great people, just wish there were more when it gets busy!"
