"They shipped a set of 4 large artwork boxes to AZ for me and the content inside of every box arrived in impeccable condition. My boyfriend’s mom passed away and this was her artwork collection. Their compassion, kindness and care was absolutely incredible. Although UPS as a company had some shipping issues, this UPS store went above and beyond to ensure the artwork arrived exactly how it was sent. Thank you so much for your extremely detailed and thorough packaging and care of our packages!"

"Even when they’re very busy, they always acknowledge me with a greeting & “we’ll be right with you.” They are super friendly and they are members of a dying breed of business that still cares about customer service. At other UPS locations, employees seem to be more absorbed in their own tasks than to look up & acknowledge me when I come in. I always get smiles & a greeting at the Oberlin UPS store, no matter how busy they are. They know their business & they get the job done quickly, accurately & with a smile."

"This UPS location has fast, dependable service. However, Brandon and Phadrah are consistently cold and unfriendly...even though they know me as a frequent customer. Damien (the owner) displays an arrogant, discriminatory attitude which I find unacceptable. I finally had enough of their unprofessional behavior and now drive to another city for my UPS needs. The difference between the two UPS locations -- specifically, the customer service -- are like night and day! I told the owner/manager at the new location about my increasingly bad experiences at the Oberlin UPS; experiences that were bad enough to convince me to go elsewhere (despite the inconvenience). Upon hearing this, the owner/manager revealed that many of her customers mentioned they had similarly bad experiences at Oberlin's UPS and wouldn't be returning there. It's a shame the Oberlin UPS doesn't live up to their two stated goals: "We strive for 100% satisfaction" and "Friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable service is what we're all about." While I'm glad that some reviews posted here regarding the Oberlin UPS are positive, I sincerely hope that Damien and his staff work harder to include EVERYONE when it comes to meeting their goals."
