"They were getting slammed I mean hit hard line was out the door and some customers were getting belligerent and that’s not okay the associates were doing their job however the one associate that I seen who showed the most patience with not only myself but before I got to her she dealt with the belligerent customer and managed to also defuse the problem not to mention she did it with a calm cool and collected manner. When I got to the counter she greeted me and she also was very efficient in her job I believe she said her name was Alicia, I personally would always come back especially if she’s my associate I’m dealing with… Not all heroes wear capes she’s definitely one"
