"Sold speaker with wrong cord wouldnt refund it cause a cap come off"
"My fiancé and I pawned our Xbox (cords and all), controllers, and a charging dock a couple of weeks ago. The people were nice, but not very professional. I wasn't told when I pawned it that payment to reclaim it had to be made in cash. Frustrating, but not a big deal. We paid for it and left. When we got it home and unwrapped everything that they had plastic wrapped together, everything was there, except the HDMI and power cords. Some of the most important parts, were missing. When I called to ask about them, "I don't know what could have happened to them" is all I was told. I trusted my belongings to be kept together and to be taken care of. How does something you NEED to operate a gaming console just 'go missing'?"
"I would give this place no star the employees that use to work there were very professional the ones now are not well at least one . I had left so embarrassed I had to pawn a few things was going through a ruff patch I showed up to pay on my pawn I was behind because I had been out of work this young Hispanic chick I would put her name if I knew it but we will go with that she said so loudly that your 3 months behind everyone in the store turned and looked at me . It’s already embarrassing enough I had to pawn my items and she made it much worse very unprofessional. I can say I felt like smacking the s$&@ out of her cause I was so embarrassed and have never felt that embarrassed in my whole entire life ."
"Love it here! I've gotten loans, bought jewelry, electronics, plenty of games and movies, used their layaway. Everything is easy. If anything doesn't work, you can return it with no problems. Everyone is so friendly and they make you feel right at home! Cashland on Woodville Rd. is the best!"
"The workers are always friendly when I go in. I've been dealing with them for years. Purchased DVD players and movies from them plenty of times. They returned a tablet that I had purchased due to it being locked and not working correctly and they weren't able to fix it."
