"EDIT: As soon as I sent a complaint 2 lovely ladies called and apologized profusely. And helped me get what I needed. Seems there might be trouble with the new phone prompts! Original Post: I had troubles accessing my account at the beginning of January. I called and was assisted immediately. Once I was logged in I realized I needed assistance again. Called, left a voicemail. Waited a couple days; sent an email. (I was calling to switch how I paid my loan). Called left a voicemail. It is now a month later and realized they never got back. Tried calling again today and was prompted 1 and 2. Left a message with both. What is going on there? I also cannot access my account again. Between automated prompts and terrible customer service I am so disappointed with businesses lately."

"I’ve tried opening an account twice with this place now. the first time i had to call three times in a span of 2 weeks for them to order my debit card. i ended up closing the account and just recently tried to reopen , gayle said she would order my debit card , i asked for verification that it would be ordered and she insisted that it would. fast forward a week still nothing. i called and they said gayle wasn’t there so i had to call back. never got a hold of her and just got a message today saying my account would be closed for no use of the account. how am i supposed to use the account with no care ? communication and organization just aren’t there."

"Best Credit Union in the Toledo surrounding area. They also have an app to check account balances! Plus their transfers between accounts are instantaneous. Definitely sticking with these guys!"
