"I was worried about going here after reading the reviews, but the staff were friendly and helped me to successfully track down my package. (Taking off a star because it shouldn't have been difficult to track down in the first place.)"
"I was supposed to have my medication delivered today by 4:00pm that I needed before flying out of town tonight for a month. I called the post office to make SURE it would be delivered today, and they told me it was “en route” and guaranteed delivery by 4:25 pm. I checked the status online and it was delivered to this location for “pick up” even though it was supposed to be delivered. And this location closes at 1 on Saturdays. I wasn’t even aware that it was delivered there until 3pm. I don’t understand how something that was supposed to be delivered gets changed to “for pick up” without even notifying me. I know the USPS is understaffed and things get hard but they really do make life so difficult."
"If I could give 0 stars, I would. My package was sent there from the main processing center plus shows which date it came to my local post office to be delivered. I called USPS headquarters to submit a missing claim. Murray looked for my package for a total of 30 minutes after getting the search claim to email me all in 30 minutes to say they didn’t have it but it did show they got it but never delivered!"
"They lost my certified letter. They left a notification near my door saying I wasn't home so they kept the letter with them, and then it simply vanished. Just like that. They were professional but completely clueless about where my letter went. That includes the carrier (who acknowledged leaving the notice), two desk staff and the manager of the whole place. Everyone was utterly helpless and I received inconsistent messages from everyone. They simply lost certified mail while trying to deliver all the promotional nonsense we receive everyday. USPS is not trustworthy. If you have important mail to deliver, avoid them. Addendum: I got a call from the manager two weeks later telling me they located the package. I finally received the letter (wrinkled but otherwise intact). Again, everyone was very professional and trying to help, and following up on this issue was great and highly appreciated, but losing track of a certified (important) letter for two weeks was not fun to start with."
