"Absolutely horrendous customer service. Direct signature required. Yet no signature on proof of delivery. Royal pain in the a$$. Cant get anyone to answer a phone and after twenty minutes of prompts and transfers the one you reach is useless. No contact phone number, no help. Just "sorry bout that""

"I caught the driver in a LIE!!!!! He said "customer not available" and did not deliver my package. I have security cameras and a Ring doorbell all of which immediately send a notification directly to my cell phone. There is absolutely no trace of the driver out of his vehicle on my video footage. He didn't even stop in front of my house. The camera would have caught him stopping the truck and/or getting out and walking on my property. HE LIED !!! It was NOT a package I needed to sign for. In the past he has habitually simply dropped my package in the grass by the road instead of walking an extra few feet to my door. FedEx Customer Service is a joke. I have tried repeatedly to complain about this driver. They have no option to talk to anyone to complain. FedEx doesn't care period!"

"Some managers actually care and then there are others that don’t. I had gotten pregnant and had told my managers that I worked under about it. And to put me on light duty until I went to the doctor. One of the mangers had put me in the towers (he new) and I ended up having a panic attack because I couldn’t breath. He told me it was either that or I’m going home. Told him I needed the money so to put me in a less heavy area. He did but I still lost my baby that same week. They have light duty areas I don’t understand why they couldn’t move someone to a different spot. It’s a good place to loose weight just not if you are pregnant."

"You wouldn’t think about it when you see it, but this place is actually one of the smaller ones. Because of that, it’s actually a non-automated unit. So coming in here to get a job is actually kind of easy. What you need to know is it’s not going to be full-time generally people come over here to enjoy one of the shifts and get paid a decent amount of money for 4 to 5 hours of work. It’s pretty brainless honestly, but obviously as you can see people have to make their complaints so for what I can tell they’ve been doing a great job."
