"One star is one too many every package I get she won’t deliver and marks it held by my request we have complained to her supervisor and all they say is she is about to retire so I guess she will get rewarded with retirement benefits from United States tax dollars for not doing her job . This is the only place I’ve lived where packages can’t be delivered if she can’t do the job Fire Her"

"The ignorant man who works there with dirty nails , you're a moron. I just went there to do a change of address for my brother . The man was so rude first off then he ask for my license . He had the balls to say "I am sorry to ask this but this picture was taken awhile ago right" are you ignorant ? 1. No it was this year 2. I didn't come to the post office with a full face of makeup on 3. I have not got my hair done cause I am having family issues 4. I have lived in a hotel for a year because my husband lost his job and had a year from hell. 5. If you would look on my lic the date of issue was on there Get some respect Get some brains Get some class about you AND DONT SPEAK IGNORANT Someone needs to fire him !!!!!!!"

"Pitiful, Lebanon Post Office never delivers our packages to our address, always take it to a neighbors house! Our address in on our mailbox, a pole out front of our house! So can't figure out the issue with the delivery. its always marked delivered on email or txt & hasn't been delivered at all!!! I called the company that I purchased from & they had to resend everything again....talked to UPS & ask why the package wasn't delivered by them seeing how the paid them to delivery it! I think its time to give FedEx or DHL a go! I will start ordering with Amazon & they always deliver our to the address!! Everyone wonders why the USPS is becoming oposilet!"

"Standard service offered by our government. I have a long driveway (1/4 mile), so they refuse to deliver any packages. I have to pick them all up at the office. Every other delivery service not run by the government manages to drive up our driveway… not USPS. They claim that there is no safe place to leave the package. Also constantly getting other people’s mail, and am continuously getting neighbors bringing mine. Terrible."

"I have usually had good service here. While not the most talkative staff, which I prefer, they have been helpful. Our mail holds have always been done correctly, and our postal carrier is friendly. This is one of those places you don't really go because you want to, like a resturant, but I have enjoyed my necessary trips here."
