"They have completed ignored shipping information. We live on a country road and have a long curved driveway. We have made requests on the orders when placed and have even called FedEx and spoke with someone about it. We have had several packages have to be resent because we never received them. They once left a box with $600.00 chairs sitting on the edge of the driveway by the road. The box was torn up and the contents were falling out. Almost everything that comes from FedEx arrives in a damaged box. It certainly seems that no one seems to actually care about the packages they are delivering or the customers they serve."
