"I agree with what others have said. I have always had issues with FedEx not delivering my packages. They have delayed food orders and then the food is not good because they did not deliver it on time for no reason. I’m not sure why they advertise they deliver on Saturdays because every single time a package is out for delivery on Saturday they say “customer not available” which makes no sense. Horrible shipping service. My package has been sitting there for 5 days and it is 20 minutes away from me."

"Have had to call fedex customer service 4 times, each time they ensure I will get the package the next day and it still hasn’t come. They also said they made a drop off attempt, however I was at home the day of the “drop off” and can assure you no one came. They then said I chose future delivery for my item, which never happened. Absolute joke."

"This facility keeps delivering packages that never arrive. Most of the time it shows up 2-4 weeks later out of the blue or someone random drops it off at our rental office. FedEx in general does terrible work and I don’t understand why any company would want to use them."
