FEDEX GROUND

"Unable to do their job. Delivered package to wrong address. They opened an inquiry only to say they couldn’t locate the package and closed the inquiry. Informed me I need to contact the shipper and proceed with their lost package process. FYI Fed Ex package wasn’t lost until you lost it. Update: The gentleman that you delivered my package to did your job and delivered it to me last night. He also claimed he had been in contact with you guys about it but you never sent anyone to get it from him to bring it to me and correct the problem. So the package never was lost you just decided not to do your job not once but twice. You would rather just take the easy way out say it was lost and close the inquiry. Keep up the good work Fed Ex."

"Everyone was nice and friendly, which is the reason I gave it more than 1 star, but don't ever have them hold a package there for pickup. I was told someone would be up in a few minutes with the package, but it took more than 30 minutes."

"I stood on my front porch and watched the delivery truck sit across the street. I waited to greet the driver at the bottom of my steps, and then watched the driver leave never getting out of his truck. My status was updated to “undeliverable no one home!” I called immediately and no one was able to turn the driver around. I called and made a complaint and was told I would be called by 8:30 this morning, NO CALL! I am unable to get ahold of any human on the phone this morning. I see the package is out for delivery by end of today. I will not be here for the entire day. Yesterday, the day I watched the driver leave with my package, I had cancelled all engagements on my 1 day off out of 6 days of work, to be here. Someone needs to make this right!"

"They started out fine, but lately they've become extremely frustrating. There's waterline construction happening on my street, so the street is closed to THROUGH traffic, but it's open to local traffic, including delivery drivers. UPS and USPS have no issues doing their job and delivering packages and mail, but FedEx sees the road is closed and decides to skip the delivery and reschedule to the next day. News flash, construction isn't done in a day, so am I supposed to just wait day after day for my package until the water line work is complete? Absolutely ludicrous that a professional delivery driver doesn't understand that road closures doesn't mean you can just not deliver packages to people."
