"If you need a lot of stuff shipped without a lot of questions, ups will throw it in the back of a van, lose it in transit for 3 weeks, refund your shipping, find it in Quebec, ship it to Sweden, then finally update your package as out for delivery and punt it to your front door. Good customer service too, if you aren't a package"

"While we will always use UPS at some point or another, they have become very independence as far as consistency in delivery times. My shop relies on them as well as FedEx for deliveries. We have heard every excuse under the sun for why they are often late picking up. And when something was sent RED that it managed to end up on the wrong plane or so many other excuses. UPS has fallen away from being the leading delivery company. It is understood that things happen, however all I hear is a major passing of the buck. No true resolve for why these things keep happening. Here's hoping they get their s**t together, and soon."
