"Drivers are extremely unprofessional and not good with kids.. the owner doesn't even seem to care much if the drivers are yelling at the disabled children on board or if drivers are making threats to other people while on the clock.... disgusting"

They care about the students we transport more than any other company I have seen. Its not just about getting them to and from school. Its about what the student and family needs to make the rides safe, easy and enjoyable. When emergnecies come up within my own family I am always supported. They will work with me to make sure I can take care of myself and my family while still being productive in my job. I can ask for help whenever I need it. I am always commended when I am doing a good job and encouraged when I need some extra guidance.
