"The movers weren’t very bright they didn’t wrap my dresser and when I got to the new house it was scratched. They don’t seem to understand that a container is not static on the road and things will shift. Did not provide blankets or straps. They took one and a half hours and charged me 50% over what I was quoted. They said it would be $400 for 2 hours and I ended up being charged $580 for one and a half hours and the supervisor acted stupid and said “oh well we have to drive back”. My house was a 10 minute drive to their office. They have a strong accent and just play stupid. Supervisor should have known better. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because they were able to accommodate on short notice. Would not recommend."

"My move team was on time and prepared with a dolly and moving blankets. My household was packed into several trucks quickly and carefully. The unpack at my new location was smooth and damage free. Faith, Robert, Willie and Jahvon we're careful to not track mud inside. Everyone involved was courteous, professional, and friendly. My move experience with Faith and Family Moving was a 5/5. Would recommend and hire again."

"These folks are the BEST Movers EVER! Our total experience with Faith And Family Moving has been positive! They sent 2 very hard working fellows who carefully and expertly loaded our belongings in their truck. They were able to fit all of our stuff in one load- I'm sure it was their great packing! These 2 fellows couldn't have worked any harder. They careful unloaded our items and Nothing was marred or damaged. I definitely will call Faith Moving again and I can whole heartedly recommend them to everyone! They are reasonably priced, conscientious and very polite and personable. I especially appreciate their excellent communication. No surprises."
