"Awful customer service from the girl in the brown corduroy pants and didn’t ask for my rewards , the guy with one airpod in didn’t tell me to have a good day or anything and just threw my sandwich on the counter. the food is barley even edible. do not eat here."

"I’ve ordered from here many times because it’s so close to my house & I like the food, not good service though.. Their delivery typically takes 45 minutes to an hour and I live 5 min away. Don’t put too many requests on the ticket, they’ll only do a few of them. It’s also REALLY difficult to get extra avocado (even if you pay for it & remind them)!"

"Delivery order, so no atmosphere rating. I'm thinking who delivers, and I haven't ordered from in a long time. A ha jj came to mind. I called and ordered the THE J.J. GARGANTUAN® SALAMI, CAPOCOLLO, TURKEY, ROAST BEEF, HAM, PROVOLONE, ONION, LETTUCE, TOMATO, MAYO, OIL & VINEGAR, & OREGANO-BASIL 730 - 1080 | 2160 cal With, just mayo, no oil and vinegar. Now, this sandwich is about 18 inches long and weighs around 3lbs, no kidding. Too much for just a sandwich, really needs to do 1/2 and offer soups too. The thing is this, $23 for a sandwich without a tip. They claim there's no delivery fee included. It tastes great and bread is chewy good . Delivery is fast and courteous It's all highly processed meats and cheese. All of which is not one bit good for us. So weighing everything, I ask, " would I buy again"? NOPE TOO EXPENSIVE FOR A SANDWICH I'm certain they will survive without me. . 12 / 18 / 2023 edit I've been reading other comments. Wow, I feel better about my review. HEY, JJ, WE ARE REACHING OUT VIA COMMENTARY! STOP WITH YOUR STANDARD CORP RUNAROUND " PLEASE REACH OUT TO US""

"Went to JJ's today for lunch. There was one staff member who had a huge white guy fro! No hairnet, no cap, just a visor and just free flowing hair all over. I have seen a lot of food workers starting to wear masks again, I am OK with him not wearing a mask, but when did it become OK for long hair to be out and flowing all over when you're making food? He was polite, he was helpful, but there uniform standards for a reason! I do not agree with crushing his want to be himself, but no one is the history of hair nets has been allergic to complying with a food prep dress code."
