Fifth Third Bank & ATM

"Both of my sons have tons of problems with this bank and 5/3 has THE WORST, most consistently problematic app of any bank (or really any other business or institution) that I've ever experienced. Hope you have plenty of free time to constantly solve problems if you bank at 5/3."

"Personal Banker (Darleen McAllister's) behavior when she wants to sell you CDs is amazing & kind but as soon as you need help or have questions after buying the CDs, she doesn't have any time to look up from her cell phone or talk to you nicely. Absolutely arrogant!"

"I will stick going to any other fifth third but this one. I work front desk at a hotel and I was told by 53rd employee but they don't have a problem giving me change. They appreciate my business. Today it was complete opposite. They didn't want to help me because I don't have an account with them. So I guess I will no longer go to this one nor will I let people or tell people about this one and they can just keep driving past it like they used to do the O'Charley's that was there. Maybe this one will close down like O'Charley's did. Cuz the customer service is not there"
