"Only reason they get a star is because its required. Been a customer 10+ years. This is the second time my card has been deactivated a month before it expires due to my new card being issued. Also, I still have to use an old billing zip code at certain places even though it doesn't show in my account. Customer service is nonexistence. They don't know how to help. Word of advice, just get a real bank account. Won't let them play me again."

"I have been with Rushcard for sometime now and never really a problem until now. I submitted all forms necessary for tax retirn deposit. Still haven't recieved anything. I can't talk to anyone. So how am I to get my issue fixed. The IRS says call the bank BUT HOW when nobody answers!!! After my return in done!"

"Definitely a rip off financial company. I’ve received many refunds from different merchants that somehow never show up to my Rush Card, even after the merchant has proven they sent my refund back to my card. This has happened MANY times. Beware of this company as I am seeking legal action to get back every penny they owe me. This is a HORRIBLE RIP OFF COMPANY, with absolutely no custom service and will obviously steal your money!"

"I had multiple scam charges on my account. I asked for them to be blocked from my account number. The " supervisor" stated that they can't block people from my account, but can only send me a replacement card. This will be the 3rd replacement card. Clearly the hacker has my account number and not the NEW card numbers. Then every agent was based out of the Philippines and not the United States. The service was horrible, the agents kept over talking me and putting me on hour holds. This company is TERRIBLE. WHY DID THIS COMPANY ALLOW A HACKER TO DO THIS MANY TRANSACTIONS"

"Had been with this company since 2013. On 7/21 my direct deposit didn't show on my card. When I called to find out what was going on I got a complete run around. I found out my account was closed with no reason why. Tried to get answers was told to contact via email and live chat. Email and live chat told me to call customer service. Customer service only has two prompts for you to talk to anyone and was told by the card replacement department and the dispute department in the Philippines that they were not able to assist me for they did not have access to the information or anyone I could talk to. Contacted live chat and email and was told sorry for the inconvenience to contact customer service. Never got to talk to anyone. Meantime my check was returned back to my employer and now I have to wait another week to get my money! Never getting any information of why my account was closed. Causing hardship on my end! These types of practices should never take place in the banking industry. Never getting any notification nor response to what happened! This is not acceptable in any form of business. Be careful I guess the banking law's do not apply to Rush Card!"
