"Our family has worked with Juliet Wenzler for 4.5 years through three transactions (two purchases, one sale). She is a rockstar and true professional. Just call her and make your life easy if you’re looking for an agent. Details below. …. Purchase One: My wife and I moved to the Dayton area on short notice. We were first time home buyers. Juliet helped us see the homes we needed to see, within our price range, on short notice (we only had two days to look). She knew the local market, and helped us see the homes we wanted to see in inclement weather (snow and ice). We found our home and “knew it”, and she told us what we needed to do to get it done. She worked well with the lender to help us all get on the same page and get the deal done on a quick close. She supported us throughout the entire closing process and made this first time experience very straight forward. Our move could have been a disaster (we were in a tough spot). Juliet made it very easy. Purchase Two: Two years later, we decided to sell our first home (our family needs changed). We looked for two years, at 50+ properties, and submitted offers on no fewer than five homes. We'd look regularly for months, then take time off. Then we'd jump back in.
