"I went to the ATM today and the ATM is busted. There was a sign that said that it can’t dispense cash and it didn’t say anything else. Nothing about when it’s going to be fixed or anything. And I need cash urgently for my rent WHICH IS DUE IN TWO DAYS and their ATM Is the closest one to my place! I can’t drive because I’m disabled and I have to walk. And as for my personal experience with this bank…… They denied me an account after I was recovering from being scammed and identity theft. They won’t help you no matter how sorry you are or how much mental torture you are going through. They will deny you an account and let someone who is clearly in need of some sort of help with their finances to just fend for themselves So I only use their ATM to get my rent money but now they’ve screwed me over with that. Don’t trust the banks."

"Much rather be able to give zero stars. Worse branch to deal with, not many branches are useful but this is by far the worse. Manager is spiteful and closed my accounts though she was able to override and chose not too. Had to open with PNC with 24 hrs before payroll deposited my check. They are never open on time and lock the door early."

"Always very friendly but it's like they make their own hours. They are never open on time and it's always because of computer issues or whatever other excuse , I say this because it's literally always something. You would think they would update their systems if they are always crashing. I only use this bank for work deposits and they asked if I personally banked with them. I replied no and took their info to sign up but why would I want to bank with a bank who is always open later then specified , always short on change ( your a bank how? My personal bank is NEVER short on change or bills ) the wait is atleast 30 plus mins Everytime. I've also had issues with being short on the money (they've always called to return it) but how aren't you guys more careful. I know there is alot going on in the world right now and I appreciate the friendly customer service I just think management or something needs to run the bank a little better."

"Usually have a good experience at this bank. However, Monday before Christmas, I stopped to make a deposit & get money for a few of my Christmas cards. There was a really long wait & they didn't have any $50 bills! What bank doesn't have $50 bills? Only needed 4 of them"
