"I received a call that our sofa was at the warehouse and they would like to schedule a delivery, we picked 1-3 today. On the way home from work I got a ring camera notification that they were there (11:30) I let the driver know that I am on the way and I was so sorry, and that I left work early to make it for the 1 pm delivery. He got in touch with dispatch and arranged to come back in a little while. He was SO nice. He came back, I still wasn’t home (i work an hour away so it’s a long drive) i got into the speaker and said I’m 10 minutes away and he waited, he was still so nice even though this whole situation threw his schedule off. The lady from dispatch was very nice as well. Thank you so much!"

"This company is TRASH. I had a washing machine scheduled for delivery in a time window from 2-6pm... A large window but okay so be it. We are in COVID-19 world. I received a phone call from the delivery truck at 1:10 pm saying he was between 5 and 10 minutes away. We were supposed to get 30 minutes of warning. I told the driver that I would have someone there in 15-20 minutes because he called over half an hour early and gave us no to little notice. After he said that they could only wait 10 minutes, I informed him that he was calling us super early and asked if he could wait. I was hung up on. To try to find out when I was getting my washer, I called customer service, and was transferred twice. After that I was told there was "no way to get it delivered today"... It was 2:15 pm at this point... We had almost 4 hours in the window... What a terrible experience. If I had paid for the delivery I would demand a refund, and I will be insisting that I get the installation fees waived..."
