"Used to be such a good company. Region 3 is composed of unprofessional greenhorns who give attitude on the phone and hang up on you mid sentence. Dan and Jason are two of the few that just kill clock and mistreat carriers. Just ridiculous how how Fedex has kept such people employed"

"It's not looking good now, hopefully 2024 will change. I'm a owner Operator Solo driver Van since 2017. Business was pretty good then not perfect. After the pandemic all he'll broke out. I'm barely making it 1 maybe 2 loads a week. Chicago land area had so many loads on a daily basis it was insane now crickets."

"I quit because the guy in this van drives around and harasses drivers, it’s his job. Loads are dispatched by a computer algorithm that doesn’t care about drivers. Loads here are held for special people if you’re not one they’ll leave you sit for days won’t let you get your own load off their board that has you more than 40mph. teams get good work and good pay from bad freight areas (if you can sit and wait for the load) would be a great company if they weren’t playing big brother soo hard."
