I believe in Xenia small businesses and give my full support. Today I come in with my son to pawn a 10 karat gold genuine diamond ring brand new in the box with the tag still on it priced at $498 I don't know what made him treat me so disrespectfully but I was offered $75 for the ring accompanied with the comment you probably bought these on credit. I have receipts proving I paid for my purchases in full as I do with any and all transactions. I was appalled at the level of disrespect given to me after all the business we've done together. I always can pay and pick up the items that I pawn. I understand that it's a small town and a small business so I've never had an issue with the low amounts offered for my items as I said before I support our local small businesses 100%. I don't appreciate the way I was treated and hope that it doesn't happen to anybody else but I'm very upset and that was extremely uncalled for."
