"Watch out for these drivers. I was cut off by what seem to be a drunk driver in one of their trucks in Michigan today. I called their dispatch to let them know when they were super cool about it but judging from the reviews, this is a normal Situation."
"On 77 south yesterday a New Era truck ran me off the road and into the berm. I was in the far left lane of a four lane highway(near pleasant valley road). The New Era truck was in the center left and decided to move over. I laid on the horn, the driver seemed to acknowledge the sound by hesitating to take over the lane; however, he continued to take over the lane and left me in the berm. After I recovered, I sped up to get the licence and name of the trucking company. Not a wave of the hand to indicate an apology, nor did the driver give a flash of truck lights to confirm his mistake. I called New Era twice to discuss, there was no answer, they did not return the call. Obviously this company does not take responsibility for their actions. I have driven many miles for many years in NE Ohio sharing the road with the big trucks. For the most part, drivers are aware and respectful. Not New Era. They are bold with their trucks. And cowards when they have to answer for their actions."
"Just drove down 83 for 3 miles, stopping at several traffic lights following one of these trucks.... which had NO FUNCTIONAL BRAKE LIGHTS!! Trailer 53682. Very unsafe."
