"Estes Express Lines exceeded my expectations for the delivery of a (Home Depot) gas hot water tank. After a previous "delivery from hell" experience with Home Depot, I was wary about my round 2 experience. I called to schedule the delivery and was given a 9-5 window. My schedule required a morning delivery and the Estes scheduler (Judie) worked with me to ensure a morning delivery. In addition, the driver was extremely helpful by assisting me (getting the hot water tank into my basement) which he di not have to do. Kudos to Estes Express Lines, customer service at its best."
