"Simply abysmal service. Their customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE, I have been on the phone three times today to conduct a simple $200.00 transaction with zero luck. Avoid this POS bank at all costs if you want to have a seamless banking experience. There are many decent banks to choose from. I have accounts at several other banks and have never had this level of aggravation. DO NOT bank. with 5/3 if you value your time and money."
