"A very unethical, unfriendly company. Do not bother to book a load--they will call and cancel at 4:30 pm on the day before the morning pick up. They invent excuses to back out of the load. Unbelievably bad service."

"Just a heads up to all the CARRIERS - be careful before you try to book a load with ZENGISTICS ( Team Cincinnati) I booked a load with Liz Marsh on Monday from Tulsa, OK to Houston, TX Shipment ID: 51116. My driver was empty and ready to roll when we booked the load Liz Marsh lied to us that it's FCFS 8am-4pm I told my driver to check in ASAP. About 30min. later when my driver arrived at the shipper, they told him that we had an appointment for 10pm that day, so I called Liz Marsh and she told me that she will fix that. After that call, nobody was answering the phone. My driver was loaded at 11pm and we had a DEL appt the next day at 9:30am which is impossible because of the hours on the ELD. That morning I spoke with Liz Marsh and told her that we will not be able to be at the receiver by the appt, so she send me a new rate confirmation with new DEL appt at 8:30pm that evening, but we need to get there as fast as we can because they needed the load. We already lost the day, but my driver arrived at the receiver around 2pm even earlier and first they said that the docks are not working from 1pm to 6pm, so we need to come back at 6pm, than they told my driver that we don't have a new appt for DEL at 8:30pm and they did not unload him that day. The next morning the broker called and told us that the supervisor is waiting for us and we will be unloaded immediately, he got there, was unloaded in the next hour, and what do you know another surprise he waited another 3 hours to get his paperwork. We are still really calm and acting professionally and asking for reimbursement because we lost 2 days because of somebodies negligence. They refuse to pay the detention that was promised, and the manager Amy Fink was rude and unprofessional decided to only pay us $150 which was not even enough for the detention at the shipper. This is just a warning for all the carries that may come across Zengistics, check every single detail before you send your driver to pick their load. This was my last time working with them."
