I wasn't able to take the call and by the time I was, you all had contacted my office and our receptionist tracked me down with a return number and my case number. I called the Olmsted Township branch, and Tom was so kind and patient as he answered my questions about your lobby hours. When I arrived, everyone was wearing masks and eager to help.
