"My parents trusted this bank and the their retirement funds, what a mistake. My parents are a victim of fraud and the criminals who gained access of their account are withdrawing funds from their account as we speak. How, in the year 2024, do you not have some sort of customer service or help line available to people for help after hours???"

"My boyfriend and I moved out of state and they wouldn't let him close his account. This bank was taking $8 a month from him and said he would owe them after they depleted all his money and it goes into the negative. WORST BANK EVER. Bunch of theives. Farmers state bank is the best in Ohio."
