"Appointment scheduled the week prior, delivery did not arrive. Confirmation of set appointment on site tracking. Representative said it is the customers responsible to call that morning to make sure a driver was available. Representative could not give any guarantee that shipment would arrive stating that she could set up an appointment but that it still would be up to the customer to call again the day of the appointment because they do not know if they can deliver it. Horrible customer service. Manager apparently works from around midnight to 2pm but had already left for the day when I called before 2pm. Representative just kept abrasively repeating herself. Did not offer a solution. Horrible customer service."

"Do not… I repeat do not buy this products that deliver with CEVA logistics! I ordered a sofa and matching love seat. The loveseat arrived but was extremely hard to put together but I eventually got it up. Two weeks and a completely mismatch living room set later they still have not delivered my couch. Amazon relies on a company called CEVA logistics that has a 2.9 rating to deliver the furniture. First I get a email stating that they tried to deliver and they didn’t. When I finally sat there and called 1 half hour later and spoke to them on the phone they said oh that’s just what we do when we’re missing a phone number or something. Here’s an idea, email me and tell me you need a phone number and don’t send me a blatant lie! In my opinion it’s an attempt to set up a scenario where it looks like I was irresponsible and just not home so that they keep the couch and my money doesn’t have to be returned. They then when pressured asked me for a few more days to deliver. So far I don’t know where it’s at or no if they even have it in their possession… I want my money back as far as the sofa well they can stick it where the sun don’t shine! As for those who choose not to hear my a warning and have a horror story please leave your review and don’t let Ceva get away with it. Write reviews until we can shut them down! And as for as Amazon if they continue to deal with a company that has no regard for their customers they can get it too!"
