"It's pretty much what everyone else is saying. They weren't able to make the delivery last week, because of a "driver issue." This week, they showed up unannounced without ample amount of time to put the item together. We don't recommend."

"Horrible. I finally received a delivery date after weeks of nothing with a 4 hour delivery window between 4:30–8:30PM. I rearranged my obligations and waited all night, no one called or attempted to deliver my package. I even called to confirm the delivery that morning and was assured the delivery person would call me 30 minutes prior to arriving. UPDATE: I've received no response from AIT and had to call them myself. I spoke with a handful of people who kept giving me the same runaround to the next person with no result. I finally got them to acknowledge that they have no clue when this package will be delivered. Avoid at all cost. I will not be accepting any delivery from this company in the future."
"Worse worse worse ever experience, an order which could be picked up in 3hrs has take over 3 weeks and the item has still not been delivered. Then they call at the last minute to say the truck broke down. Very very disappointing, would have given a zero it there was an option. SAM'S CLUB watch it AIT just lost you a customer, highly disappointed."
"Ordered furniture from Sam’s Club, was scheduled for delivery there times via this company. The item never arrives, when I call they either can’t get in touch with the driver, or the item is waiting for dock check. Their customer service folks are great, but the company fails to deliver items."
