"Not being able to contact anyone by phone seems to be standard protocol for Cleveland area Credit Unions. Trying to call a local Branch Office???? Forget it!!!! At FFCCU, I had to resort to sending a FAX in an effort to talk to someone about increasing a credit card limit. AND STILL DID NOT GET A RESPONSE. Guess Cleveland area Credit Unions have enough accounts and are not looking for more or keep what they already have. Is this PROFESSIONALISM Cleveland style??"
"Great if you never purchase anything online. Constant fraud calls that led to my card being frozen, having to call the fraud center last time to dead air. Can do almost nothing on weekends for customer service. Which would be fine if not for getting no response, and if they don't leave a claim number you can't do anything."
