"We have banked with this place for almost 20 yrs and I personally have noticed a sharp decline in customer service. Tellers are getting rude and there is so much turnover that nobody knows us. This makes it very inconvenient when making large transactions because we are treated like total strangers each time. Further, I have had the lions share of my $$ at Achieve Credit Union for about 2 yrs now. Everyone is very friendly there, and because they have employee retention, they recognize me any time I stop by. Further, they are always willing to work with me in regards to bending policy on bank holds when necessary. I am often able to get up to half of any large deposit made available to me same day. Regardless of current balance. LorMet NEVER budges here. It is a huge inconvenience for me to deposit any $$ here. We have already begun the process of moving all of our banking over to Achieve. It is my goal to have all direct deposits moved there and LorMet accounts closed within the next calendar year. I’m finished with this bank."
