"It's not what it's cracked up to be. When I first started I was getting requests left and right, but requests are barely coming through now. When they do, they are not worth the trip. A 60-70 mile round trip for pay in the $20 range with no tip to make it worth it. I feel like I wasted $35 on a background check. Update…the app is very glitchy. There’s not enough offers close enough to your area. There’s a problem with their rating system, i.e…your rating could be 4.9 one day and the next day it’s 3.7 when you haven’t even delivered for them in a month. It’s constantly changing. New…you accept an offer, but if you don’t respond that you’re in route right away, they remove you from the match due in unresponsiveness. So they want you to say that you’re in route when you’re not. They don’t consider that you may have to clear snow from your vehicle, warm your engine, get to your car, etc. Support is touch and go, sometimes they respond and sometimes they don’t. I guess it depends on the questions or concerns you have, and if they can or feel like answering."

"Attempted to sign up to drive for them, HUGE waste of time, the first. thing they ask is what market/city you are applying for. After applying (took hours to sign up) and paying for the background check, they sent me and automated response saying they aren't recruiting in my market. Why didn't we start there? Unprofessional and impresonable."

"Attempted to sign up via the app, because that is the only option to sign up, and it's a mess. I couldn't sign when prompted, it stated there was an error when accepting my credit cards so I tried multiple times over 2 cards and the next day was hit with 10 charges. They did refund it all but trying to sign up was a hastle. I hear the platform is nice once signed up but after two weeks of trying I was declined so I cannot comment on the platform, only my experience with trying to get on it."
