"If there was a no star option they would get one. Don't use this company. There driver didn't picked up the full load and one of our units was damage in transports. They wouldn't open up a damage claim or adjust the rate for the damages and missing cargo. They take no accountability for there brokers or drivers. STAY AWAY!"

"I WISH I CAN GIVE THEM 0 STAR IF I CAN!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOOS YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! Driver waited 10 hours at the pickup to be loaded. They rescheduled delivery appointment for next day. They promised to pay for detention and layover as soon we deliver the load. Once the delivery was done and all the paperwork submitted they stopped answering the phone. It has been 2 weeks and we still didn't get revised RC for the money they promised."
"I’ve had great experiences working with Gateway Logistics for the last 1.5 years. I’ve dealt mostly with Matt who has always treated me very well. The paperwork is correct and no waiting for corrections. Whenever I’ve had an issue I make sure to communicate with them right away and they do the same. Very easy brokers to work with!!!"
