"Rate con included “no detention will be looked at or requested before 4 hours”. When we said they’d have to remove that for us to sign the contract, the broker involved said not to call them for any more loads. While this totally unreasonable clause is certainly their (or their customer’s) right to include, it is far over the industry standard, and taking offense to our unwillingness to sign it shows them (or at least him) to be unprofessional and rude."
"Loads need to pay way more than what they are listed for. Stop low bidding for these loads and expect the drivers to haul them for pennies. If you're not part of the solution you're part of the problem!"
"They seem to make the customer the middle man and call to ask you when your car is being shipped out or not with the delivery driver. There is no communication with the delivery guy and the company. We had the company call us recently to see how our experience was with our car being picked up and the car hadn’t been picked up yet. Seems like the communication needs to be fixed."
"This has to be the worst company ever. I would never recommend them to my worst enemy. They quote you one price and then it just keeps going up. They will come pick up your stuff but before they load,more money. They get to delivery address and more money or they won’t give you your belongings.They finally unload and everything is broken or missing . They just throw it anywhere. The contract they make non legible, so filing a complaint does nothing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"
